Director's Notes

For a religious sister, the perpetual or final vows is akin to their wedding day, surrendering their life forever to God. The challenge was to document this momentous event in this person's life while also telling the story of how she got to that life-changing moment. At the same time, this "StoryFilm" would also serve as a promotional video for their congregation, the Leaven of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (LIHM), to inspire more young vocations to enter the religious life.

A StoryFilm is a uniquely crafted branded video that serves as a powerful tool that helps businesses, organizations, and individuals clearly communicate their unique value proposition and message to their target audience. The emphasis is to show the "WHY" rather than the "WHAT" or "HOW" because authenticity begins when we know the genuine desire or intention, and thus creates a deeper connection to the audience.
